Premature Ejaculation

Do you know a guy who suffers from premature ejaculation? Don’t get mad at him.

No one taught him how to stimulate himself differently. This well worn road to sexual gratification is all he knows. And like any commuter who takes the quickest road to work each day without thinking, he follows his established habit to a T every time his sexual engine starts running. He hasn’t physically realized that his rush to the goal is short-changing himself from a quality sexual experience.

Men who have their orgasm quickly end up wanting sex frequently because they are barely satisfied. Having taken off only the tip of sexual tension, their orgasm is never really that strong.

If he lengthens the amount of time to orgasm, he will feel a great difference in intensity because ejaculating after twenty or thirty minutes of sexual stimulation is considerably more intense and deeply satisfying than ejaculating after less than five minutes. Guys who suffer from premature ejaculation did not have any guidance during their formative years. Masturbation felt so good he wanted to finish quickly. Additionally, afraid he’d be caught and embarrassed were also reasons to go through the motions hastily.

Each time he undertook self-pleasuring he followed the same formula. That route to self gratification became his body’s foundation to achieve orgasm—it became his habit, albeit a bad habit.

The first step to relearning the habit of orgasm to prevent premature ejaculation is to realize that the penis goes through three stages of arousal with the fourth stage being the actual ejaculation. In the first third of arousal every man has control.

This is where he needs to stay to keep his hardness, his sensitivity, his pleasure and his power. If he goes much beyond this point, his mind won’t be able to control what his penis does.

About one third of the way into arousal there’s a built in warning signal that lets him know he is just before the ‘point of no return’. If he’s always finished hurriedly, he won’t physically register the warning within.

There are several ways to learn control. The first is with an adjustable cock ring. Placed around the top of the scrotum, it keeps the testicles from ascending to reach the body’s heat. As long as the testicles are not heated by the body, ejaculation is slower to happen. This is a bit extreme, but used sparingly, is a quick way to learn to have an orgasm slowly.

Another tried and true method is by using a numbing gel. A tiny bit on the penis head will lessen his sensations slightly so he won’t get as excited, as quickly. By slowing up his arousal, he feels where his warning is and becomes more familiar with how it feels and what it takes to stay in control. The Squeeze Technique is an organic way to learn control. It takes about four weeks of practice, but by the time he has practiced the techniques sufficiently, he has considerably more control. His bad habit is well on its way to being changed.

In these two weeks of practice, he does NOT ejaculate. He concentrates solely on the sensations inside his penis so he can learn control and how to stay there. He is, in essence, establishing a new habit.

Premature ejaculation is a bad habit that affects fifty percent of men. Like any bad habit it can be changed with the right inspiration.
